Every appliance leaves something behind.Sometimes it's a worn bearing, a burned control board, or a component that failed years earlier than expected. Most of that information disappears the moment the appliance is repaired or discarded.Keel Logic extracts intelligence from failure.The work starts with the appliance itself: inspection, diagnosis, repair, and documentation. Every observation is recorded and compared with those that came before it—repair cases, photographs, and recurring failure patterns. Over time, those observations become the foundation of a system built to organize, understand, and explore what is being learned.This is not a repair business that happens to take notes.Operation is how the observations enter the system. Intelligence is what we're building.

What We Do

Keel Logic buys used appliances, takes them apart, and puts them back into circulation—as recovered parts, repaired units, or individual components resold to buyers who need them.Every appliance is inspected and documented before it moves. Nothing gets sold blind.

Why It Matters

Machines don't fail randomly. They fail through use, stress, design limits, environment, and time.A broken appliance is a record of all of that—what wore out, what survived, what failed early, and what was overbuilt. Most of that record is thrown away with the appliance.Keel Logic keeps it.

Current Stage

Keel Logic is self-funded and in its early operating stage, built one appliance, one teardown, and one repair at a time.Every machine contributes another observation. Every observation strengthens the system.
